The Mencap Wills and Trusts team regularly run free seminars, aimed at families and carers who are wishing to leave money to benefit their child or relative with a learning disability. The seminars include information from a legal professional about writing their will and setting up a trust. The remaining seminars for 2012 will take place in various locations in London, Southern England, the South West, West Midlands and North West England.
