volunteers needed for tv show on employmentThis new BBC series aims to follow jobseekers with conditions such as SLCN, ASD, Dyspraxia or Tourette Syndrome as they try and find work. The intention is to help them, and change employers’ preconceptions, by shifting the focus to their strengths rather than their weaknesses.

They are looking for a number of volunteers to take part. Candidates must be suitably qualified and have been struggling to find employment for some time. For more information about the series, see the BBC website page.

If you are interested in taking part, please email the production team at Optomen Television, or telephone them on 0203 227 5993. The closing date is the end of September 2015.

    • Hi,
That is great to hear, and I will be in touch in the next few weeks. We are about to start assembling a ‘bank’ of stories/case studies for media purposes, so if anyone else would like to be included, please let us know.
      Thanks for contacting us.

      Alison
